Canada Immigration Consulting Fees
Any up-front consultation regarding your application is free of charge. First consultation fee installment is not to be paid until you have decided to proceed with our services and after we determine that you qualify.
Second installment fee is to be paid when you receive a letter from a Canadian Embassy acknowledging that your visa is ready to be collected.
Please note that visa processing timing could take from 12 - 36 months. This depends on the visa post, number of ongoing applications, and staff availability, etc. In USA and European countries, normally visa will be issued from 12 - 18 months where in Asian countries could take 24 - 36 months. In case interview is waived, this processing time could be much shorter. Majority of our applications have been given interview waivers.
For initiating an immigration process, what you need to do:
1. Sign a fee agreement
2. Pay us a small retainer
3. Send us all required documents
4. Send us a bank draft for application processing fee payable to The Receiver General for Canada / Canadian High Commission
5. Authorization letter for representing you in this application process
After we receive all these items, we will immediately start the application process.
It normally takes 45 - 90 days after you submitted your application for the Canadian Embassy to issue you a file confirmation number acknowledging the receipt of your document and processing fee.
